I have a lower abdominal pain on the left side it's been a week started off as a dull pain but has got worse what can it be?

Couple options: It could be a kidney stone, ovarian cyst or colitis. Are you having any urinary symptoms (blood, pain)? GYN symptoms (menses, disvharge, fever)? GI symptoms (diarrhea, gas, constipation)? See your doctor to sort it out

Anything: Pain in the left abdomen in otherwise healthy female could be a long list of things Digestive like colon and diverticulosis and constipation or Female like an ovarian cyst or Urologic like infection or stone as you can see it could be a list of thing go and see your doctor might be able to help hope that is helpful thank you for using health tap good luck

Few things...: Hernia, diverticulitis, colitis, muscle sprain, ovarian cyst and lymphadenopathy come to mind. You should see your doctor tomorrow for some blood work and CT scan.
