See a Doctor: Could be kidney problems or a stone, diverticulitis of the bowel. You need a ua to check for blood and protein, check of stool for blood. A good physical exam and thorough history may also help shed some light on what is going on, too. Eventually you may need a ct with contrast to get a better idea but this carries a high dose of radiation to get an answer.Don't try to self-diagnose.

Sounds: More like diverticular or colon problem rather than kidney related. Could also be constipation. See your doctor or a colon and rectal surgeon or GI doctor. Don't ignore this..
