Left lower abd pain: Well, there isn't too much hanging out in that area. But, since you are female, you always have to consider ovarian problems or uterine problems. Any other symptoms? Are you possibly pregnant? Inflammation of the colon and constipation can also cause left lower abdominal pain. If you have constipation, I would try a stool softener and see if that helps.
