Unlikely: There are dozens of strains of the HPV and each strain is rather specific for the tissue it likes to live on. Genital HPV is rather specific to that tissue while the common skin wart likes the normal skin surfaces. Gardasil shot is helpful in providing resistance to the strains in the vaccine, but is unlikely to effect whether or not you develop skin warts.
