See your PCP: The only time I have seen that, been from gout or myeloprolifrtive conditions which cause herperactive bone marrow and thin the cortex of sternum and coastochodral junctions.

Unclear: The costochondritis has nothing to do with the weakness. It is not clear as to why you have these symptoms and noting in the history listed tells us why this is occurring. If you have some form of sleep apnea while unusual at your age , it could be why this is occurring. Please discuss this with your doctor and see if you need any treatment.
