NO: You haven't described anything that would be life threatening or dangerous so, no, I wouldn't worry. However, you sound uncomfortable. Have you tried any analgesics (like Ibuprofen or naproxen) or muscle relaxants? Physical therapy? Yoga? Massage therapy? Heat? Hot baths?
