Change: 1. work at reducing stressors. 2. exercise 3. have an anxiety plan - series of things you know ahead of time to do if it gets bad. might be call a friend, listen to iPod, deep breathing 4. yoga and or yoga therapist 5. limit caffeine 6. stop using benzos regularly 7. get adequate sleep 8. don't avoid things 9. intimacy with partner 10. see a therapist and consider cognitive behavioral therapy

Talk to your doctors: Did you get both medications from one provider? First you need to go back and talk to the doctors about what you're feeling. They might need to change your meds or the timing of your medications. If you're looking for more natural therapy, exercise, yoga, sun exposure are a few things you can try. Vit. D from the sun is suppose to help both
