Yes: This sounds like cholecystitis and you should have it evaluated to make sure you don't need surgery to remove the gallbladder soon. Multiple attacks so soon after another are an indication of either blockage, inflammation, or cystic duct spasm.

Without prompt treatment, you may have short-term and long-term complications. Low carbohydrate, and low-fat diet can decrease frequency of exacerbation. Consult your physician as soon as possible.

Probabl need surgery: Hi. It sounds like you probably need surgery. Talk with your doctor about getting an ultrasound or HIDA scan evaluation. In the meantime, try not to eat any fat. Surgery to remove the gallbladder is done laparoscopically, and recovery is pretty quick. If you get sick or have fevers, go to the hospital immediately. Good luck!

Gallbladder: You need to see a physician at a emergency room. If the pain is not too bad and you have no fever or chills and not vomiting, feeling bad, Try going on a liquid diet, no fat and see your doctor within the next day or two.
