What IS it?: This drives me nuts and it's not your fault. A non-diagnosis is NOT a diagnosis. And it certainly isn't a treatment. Please get further medical care ASAP. You may need treatment for dehydration and you definitely need a proper diagnosis and treatment for whatever is ailing you. Please!!! Now!!!!

Many possibilities: It could be due to many things, from pregnancy to bowel obstruction to medications to gallbladder disease (even though you were told it wasn't). The best thing for you to do is to go see your doctor to start a proper evaluation and treatment.
