I just had gallbladder surgery and i haven't urinated since i left the hospital. should i be worried?

2 P or Not 2 P...: It is not uncommon for your bladder to get a bit "shy" after surgery due to the (pain) medications and anesthesia. If you do not feel the urge to urinate nor pain in the lower abdomen, i wouldn't worry. However, after 12 hours you should feel that urge; if not, i suggest you call your surgeon.
