Pressure can be one: For most women they have no symptoms. Proper vaginal and bi-manual examination along with an ultrasound can help answer the question of whether your symptoms are related to an enlarged uterus. Bladder dysfunction, bladder not emptying properly (not infection) can also cause issues of pressure. Also bowel issues can come into play as well. Best to have formal gyn exam. Hope this helps Dr R

Pressure/pain: An enlarged uterus can cause pain and pressure in the pelvis. Your doctor can do a pelvic exam and possibly an ultrasound to see if your uterus is enlarged. If you are having any postmenopausal bleeding then you should be seen right away. There are other things such as colon problems that can cause pressure and you really need to be seen by your doctor to sort this out.
