Normal: It's normal to have a decrease in your blood pressure and to feel weak all over during your pregnancy. Especially during 1st trimester, affects of progestesrone can make you feel REALLY tired. Typically this gets better. It's normal for blood pressure to lower in pregnancy, it's part of the cardiovascular accommodation the body makes to being pregnant. If you feel this way, best is drink water

Pregnancy: Hi, during the first and 2nd trimester the blood pressure drops due to high Progesterone level, so u might feel weak a little and get dizzy if you stand for longtime or get up quickly, make sure you don't have Anemia and you take ur prenatal vitamins. Congratulation on pregnancy and good luck.
