Possible: His symptoms are strongly suggesting a possible pancreatic mass and obstructive jaundice. Other diagnoses are also possible, specifically hepatitis. He needs medical attention as soon as possible.

Can not diagnose: the actual cause of his symptoms. But yellow skin, loss of appetite, vomiting and abdominal pain can be a very serious problem. He could have problems with his liver. Might have pancreas issues. If he hasn't seen a doctor - he needs to see one as soon as possible. It sounds as if he may be quite ill. Take care.

I just had an abdominal MRI, with and w/o contrast to check a liver lesion that was picked up on ultrasound. It came back as a hemangiona. Would this type MRI also show other issues, such as cancers of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas?
