Stay home : Hi Sean, sore throat in many cases is a sign of contagious illness. The one exception would be if you have allergies. I'd say stay home to protect your coworkers health and give yourself a chance to recover. Tomorrow you can see your doctor and get checked out. Feel better.

Stay home: Whether it is strep throat or a virus. If you are at the very beginning of the illness and are contagious. If you work a job with any contact with people, you will be spreading the infection. Take some time off and get better.
