Repeat strep test: You may have a bacterial illness, and you initially had responded to Amoxicillin. I would also re testing for COVID 19 with a Serologic test and PCR testing. If you have antibodies to COVID 19, consider a plasma donation. Watch for fever, chills, shortness of breath and flu like symptoms. You may need another course of antibiotics or a different antibiotic. A virtual consult avail with HT.
