Taking antiobiotics for strep throat every 12 hours. i accidently left them at work and won't be able to get them until tomorrow. complications?!

Possibly: If you skip one or more doses, the antibiotic may not be as effective and the bacteria may become resistant. Best thing to do is to call your Dr.'s answering service and when the on call Dr. calls back, ask if they can call in one dose for you to take tonight. Then take your morning dose as soon as you get to work tomorrow AM. Good luck!
