Too hot or too cold?: Your symptoms beg the question: Which is abnormal, the cold or hot fingers? My guess, it is the cold ones that are abnormal causing the the others to seem warm. Do you smoke? If so, your symptoms may represent Thromboangiitis Obliterans (Buerger's disease). This could represent a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon which can accompany connective tissue disorders or autoimmune conditions.

Every night my right hand keeps heating especially the skin around fingers and there are also some rash. Its only in one hand, and it keeps appearing every night. In the rash area the skin looks dry. Im not allergic to nothing as far as I know.
