Too hot or too cold?: Your symptoms beg the question: Which is abnormal, the cold or hot fingers? My guess, it is the cold ones that are abnormal causing the the others to seem warm. Do you smoke? If so, your symptoms may represent Thromboangiitis Obliterans (Buerger's disease). This could represent a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon which can accompany connective tissue disorders or autoimmune conditions.
