Every night my right hand keeps heating especially the skin around fingers and there are also some rash. its only in one hand, and it keeps appearing every night. in the rash area the skin looks dry. im not allergic to nothing as far as i know.

Hand specialist: This could be an atypical symptom of a carpal tunnel syndrome caused by thickened ligament in the wrist which presses on the nerves entering your hand. Apparently, since it occurs nocturnally there is a positional component. A hand surgeon or neurologist is best to consult for testing,diagnosis and treatment options.
