Ive been dealing with a pelvic infection for two months and have taken flagyl twice and doxycycline once. my stool has been lighter brown then normal and it had a sticky substance in it earlier. stomach cramps and back pain. should i worry?

Antibiotics can alter frequency of bowl movement and appearance of stool. These symptoms are not at all worrisome, but discuss with your own doctor if you remain concerned about it.
