Why do i have tremor after waking up in the morning? it's happened for the past few days, but has never happened before that.

I see you're on...: .....methylphenidate. Since I don't have a description of the tremors it's hard to envision what's happening when you wake up. But if it's something brand new over past 3 days then, by looking at your medication list I would hazard a guess or 2 by saying, could be your medications...could be stress....could be low blood sugar...could be low blood pressure. Those are my shots..got more information?
