Caffeine?: Benign familial tremor is a slight shaking of the hands bilaterally, that becomes more noticeable with age. Caffeine tends to make it worse, so if you drink those items you might try "de-caf". Low dose Propranolol usually dramatically decreases this type of tremor and you might ask your doctor if there'd be any risk in trying it in your case.
