Medication: I usually tell patients to take their nexium (esomeprazole) with breakfast or dinner and lexapro at night. The fish oil can be also with meals - keep fish oil capsules in freezer to reduce that fishy taste and that repeating feeling. Good luck!

Best taken at night: Most medicines taken after dinner and before bedtime, typically, have the least side effects felt as you are asleep.
