Transient blurred: vision after rising from a sitting position could be from a hemodynamic issue. If the blood flow is decreased that amount of oxygen perfusion to the eye, optic nerve (and pathway) or occipital lobe could cause transient decreased vision. Anything from issues with blood pressure, the heart or a vascular abnormality could be responsible and a complete evaluation from your doctor is recommended.
