Chest Pain: A pain as described above (21 year boy with chest pain on left nipple alleviated with ice), seems more related to a trauma, costocondritis or GI cause. It is unlikely cardiac. We will need more symptoms, family history and semiology of the pain. If worsening, shortness of breath or palpitations go with your doctor.
