Hematuria: Hematuria without a clear cause needs to be evaluated fully regardless of age. You should have a CT urogram, a urine cytology and cystoscopy to thoroughly evaluate the urunary tract and rule out pathology. Hematuria can be intermittent and a negative urinalysis in the doctors office does not mean that further evaluation is unnecessary.

Hematuria: Most likely you have either prostate enlargement or prostatitis and should be seen by a urologist.
