Depends: If you were already sensitized prior to this pregnancy (anti-D positive) it is too late for rhogam to help. If the baby's dad is Rh-,this is not a problem. However, if he is Rh+,yours is a high risk pregnancy and needs special monitoring. These pregnancies are usually managed in high risk centers by maternal-fetal medicine specialists
