Yes: Retinoblastoma is almost never seen after age 5. It is common for mom's to see the "white reflex" in her baby's eye or eyes.

Most of the time: The most common age is 18-24 months, but it could also present in neonates and older kids . I had one patient last year that was 7 years old.
