What the diagnosis: so what was the diagnosis have you been treated for urine tract infection or renal colic or infection in the kidney if you do not have fever your infection might be already under control and you do not need more antibiotics if you do stay with your doctor that initiate the treatment unless you are going from ER to ER YOU END UP WITH FOUR DIFFERENT TREATMENT follow with one doctor please

UTI: Hi, it's good that CT is normal and has not showed any abscess formation which needs drainage, therefore you most likely not on the right Antibiotics, has any Urine Culture with Antibiotics Sensitivity has been done? That's your best bet to guide your treatment. Feel better soon.
