Contact rash: This could be from a minor allergic reaction to something you are eating/drinking or to a makeup/cream you are applying.More commonly,this is from lip-licking,which often becomes a habit and is irritating to the lips and surrounding area.You may want to keep a written log of when this is happening and what foods/creams you are using and when this flares up.See your doctor for possible treatment.
