Went to er with chest pain&vomiting. cbc was done (said it was abnormal but didn't expand), but no ekg. sent home still in pain. possible heartattack?

Back to ER: You should call your own doctor now or go back to the ER. You need an explanation of what is wrong and what is abnormal on your CBC. It also sounds like you should have a Chest Xray and possibly EKG.
