NO: Sac size is less accurate than length of the fetus (crown rump length). You have a normal fetal heart rate, which is good to hear. Worse case scenario if you have had recent bleeding is that you are a threatened miscarriage. Sounds like maybe your dates might be off. Even if you are a threatened miscarriage, most turn out to be normal pregnancies.

No: As long as you have a fetal heart beat on ultrasound you have not miscarried. It is worrisome but don't give up yet. Good luck.
