What can i do to relieg my headache? i had my baby few weeks ago and i read its caused by the epidural. is this true ?

Maybe: You can get a headache from the epidural, but doesn't necessarily mean it is from the epidural. Is your headache postural - meaning worse if you sit up and better if lying down? Is it severe? If you answered yes to these questions, you can go back to them and they can perform a blood patch to help with your headache. If you answered no, then probably just a headache that you can try Tylenol (acetaminophen) for.
