Not uncommon : Most often these are self resolving. This is one of the most common yet relatively benign complications of epidural injections. Talk to your doctor about it. Blood patch, a simple outpatient procedure cures most.

BP vs Anesthetic?: Since you get a headache often after epidural injections i would be less inclined to believe its a headache due to spinal leak from an epidural injection, but it's a possibility if you've only had this happen once. Rare to have it happen twice. Could be the anesthetic and it's well known to cause headaches or if your blood pressure is not controlled steroids can raise your BP causing headaches.
