Posturally related?: I'd expect you were explained this could occur after such a procedure. Red flags would be if headaches intensify, are associated with nausea/vomiting, or get much better when lying on your back vs. Worse when sitting/standing. In any of those cases immediate attention advised. Otherwise, fluids, taking meds rx'ed by your doc, avoiding overexertion, and tincture of time are best advice to follow.
