See your doctor : You have pain in both feet. You are 52 and female. See your doctor to rule out diabetes for the pain. The mri is an extensive test for bilateral leg pain. Talk to your doctor if you have obesity, sugar, poor health, etc. The effusion itself is mostly showing inflammation. The root cause will be important. Take note of when you get pain and what helps.
