Cough n cold causing fever what remedies shld take?

Viral illness: If this is really a "cold" (cannot possibly diagnose you), using symptomatic therapy with ibuprofen or acetaminophen, lots of fluids, bed rest, decongestants if necessary and getting some TLC from your family or friends is the way to resolve this. Good luck and hope you are better soon.
