I have lvdd, pulmonary hypertension,and newly diagnosed with asthma. what's the prognosis. i'm 67.

Pulmonary hypertension and left ventricular dilation of both independently associated with reduced life expectancy.Please consult a competent cardiac and or pulmonary specialist forthwith.

Can't say for sure: but those are not good to have together or even separately for that matter. Do you have underlying sleep apnea? That could cause all of these. Treat the root cause if you can. Otherwise, reverse or slow the LVDD to extent possible with medications. Try to keep PH under control with help of your doctor. If you are over-weight, you must lose weight for any hope of getting better.

Depends: It really depends on how severe your pulmonary hypertension is in relationship to your LV diastolic dysfunction and how bad your symptoms are.
