Yes and no: Hi Ryan, Good for you that you started working out! You couldn't do anything nicer for yourself. You probably *feel* taller, probably hold yourself taller/ feel more confident, and who knows? possibly the strengthening you're doing is helping your posture. Keep up the good work!
