Exercise: Exercise is the only way to increase your metabolism. Weight training to build muscle is also important, muscle is a metabolic tissue, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn. If you have never exercised, start slowly, find an activity you enjoy doing, running, walking, cycling. Team sports can also be a lot of fun. Good luck.
