Hello, i'm am always hungry in an excessive way. i'm always eating every 30 min because i'm hungry again. is this normal with a high metabolism?

Physical : You should see your primary care MD for a full history and physical. At times eating frequently, polyphagia ,can be a sign of diabetes if combined with drinking and urinating frequently. A full evaluation is needed however.
