Eat and exercise.: Being hungry interferes w/ fat loss and can reduce muscle mass. Muscles use more calories when toned. More muscle uses more calories also. Eat a low glycemic load diet, 3 meals and 2 snacks/day, drink 1/2 ounce of water for each pound of body weight. Do aerobic interval training 40 minutes twice a week and do resistance workouts 2x/week. This will keep metabolism high.
