Dizzy?: The first few moments of being awake can be a time for different systems to come 'on-line' in a slightly uncoordinated way. If it totally passes, it may be nothing - but you might check your blood pressure or have a full exam if there are other concerns too. Again - If it's fine after that - it may be nothing much. Give yourself a moment before arising after you awaken. Best!
