Vertigo: This doesn't sound good do u know difference between vertigo- drunk sensation and light headed. You need medical checkup on blood pressure and cardiovascular risk. Vertigo can be central nervous system represent pre stroke , inner ear, or problem in brain. Peripheral has numerous causes, including cardiac arrhythmia. Some thots: The vertigo on arising may be secondary to orthostatic hypotension, due to many possible causes, and the headaches could be secondary to low blood pressure, but you could be experiencing onset of chronic daily headaches due to migraines which are ushered in by paroxysmal vertigo, and subsequent days of pain. See a neurologist and get full evaluation.
