Hi there please advise woke up this morning extremely dizzy imbalanced with dry mouth nausea and weak? dizziness is gone but still weak and nauseas

Nausea: Could be signs of a cold or ear infection and but can be attributed to dehydration and worst case scenario stroke like event if also associated with body weakness and blurring vision that is not improving. Pls take care.
