Dizziness : If you have dizziness changing with position you might have positional vertigo ... Not serious but annoying some meds can be used see your doctor.

Different possibilit: When you say constant i assume it is there as long as you are in that position. Positional vertigo lasts less than a minute and is treatable with an eppleys maneuver which is successful more than 90%. Constant positional vertigo can come from tumors in the cerebellum , neck arthritis, or kinking of blood vessels in the neck. Consult with an ent.
