See doctor: If you have a lump and persistent pain, you should have that checked by a doctor. Normal blood test and sonogram do not completely eliminate possibility of cancer.

Biopsy: Sounds like you are seeing a physician. I would guess the next step is a biopsy. Consult with him or her and go from there.
