?? Chronic Infection: M spike of polyclonal IgG (kappa & lambda) globulin mostly suggest chronic infectious or inflammatory process & rarely hematologic malignancies. You need a complete work up for ch. liver disease, hepatitis B/C, ch.bacterial, viral & fungal infection, HIV, autoimmune diseases & if negative then evaluate for hematological disorder.
