I felt a pop in my knee when cleaning floors. inner thigh muscle popped out then in. continuous pain from hip to knee. mri shows nothing wrong knee. ?

Above the knee: A pop with pain may be associated with a muscle/tendon rupture. I suggest you ask your doctor about this as it can go undiagnosed. most of the time this is self limited and resolves by itself. Sometimes surgery is needed to re-implant the tendon.
