Time to rest: This sounds like a viral syndrome. Motrin and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can help with chills and aches. Zinc lozenges or sprays help shorten the length of the symptoms. Warm fluids soothe the throat. Extra Vit C (1000 mg twice a day) will also decrease the length of time you'll have symptoms. Rest and sleep extra to give your body a chance to fight off the virus.

NSAID: Ibuprofen would take care of all those symptoms pretty well. If they persist for more than 7-10 days you should see a docator.
