What is central serous retinopathy?

Central serous: Central serous retinopathy is a condition of unknown origin in which the central macular area leaks fluid and the vision drops. It is uncommon, occurs in the middle years, and is not associated with any other condition. There is no useful treatment; spontaneous improvement is most common. A few cases become chronic and may cause some loss of central vision. See a retinologist for this.
